简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：对临港新片区内8个公园及87块绿地做好综合养护及其配套设施的综合运维管理工作，包括绿化养护、道路养护、排水及水体养护、灌溉系统、灯光、监控养护及公园整体运维提升等，具体内容详见采购需求。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Carry out comprehensive maintenance and integrated operation and maintenance management of supporting facilities for 8 parks and 87 green spaces within the Lingang New Area, including landscape maintenance, road maintenance, drainage and water body maintenance, irrigation systems, lighting, surveillance maintenance, and overall park operation and maintenance enhancement, etc. For specific details, please refer to the procurement requirements.
合同履约期限：自合同签订生效之日起11个月完成全部服务内容并通过采购人验收。
The Contract Period: The contract stipulates that all services shall be completed within 11 months after signing and must pass the acceptance by the purchaser.
本项目（是）接受联合体投标。
Joint Bids: (YES)Available.
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the Peoples Republic of China;
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展办法》等规定，本项目专门面向中小企业采购。中小企业应当按照规定提供《中小企业声明函》。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: In accordance with the Government Procurement Methods for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and other regulations, this project is specifically aimed at procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises should provide the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Declaration as stipulated.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（iii）本项目接受联合投标。联合投标的须符合招标文件规定：提交联合投标协议且格式符合招标文件要求，联合体成员不得多于2家，联合体各方不得再单独参加或者与其他供应商另外组成联合体参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。应由联合体主办方在上海政府采购云平台进行报名及投标操作。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: This project accepts joint bids. Joint bidders must comply with the requirements specified in the tender documents: submit a joint bidding agreement in the format required by the tender documents, the number of members in the consortium shall not exceed two, and no party of the consortium shall participate individually or form another consortium with other suppliers to participate in the same contract
